Refund policy
We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, contact us at ChatwoodSalesSolutions@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- Damaged or defective items: Full refund or free replacement, no return shipping needed.
- Wrong size or changed your mind: Refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Since items ship directly from our fulfillment partners, we may ask you to keep or donate the item rather than mail it back — we'll let you know which applies to your order.
- Processing time: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of approval to your original payment method.
